Mid-century Teak Coffee Table, Denmark, 1964

A vintage teak mid-century coffee table with 6 legs, offered by Snowdrift Antiques.
 
This vintage coffee table is unmarked so we don’t know who made it, which is a shame, because it is very cool with awesome lines.  It is almost certainly Danish and was made in the 1960s by one of the many skilled artisans building furniture there at that time. It was originally purchased in 1964 in Denver.
 
This is a beautiful teak, mid-century coffee table.  It is longer than most and has 6 legs. All sides have beautifully tapered stretcher bars. The wood is beautifully grained with excellent color variation.
 
This piece is in excellent vintage condition.  The top has been gently restored.  There are only minor signs of previous enjoyment. It has been oiled lightly to relieve it from the Colorado dryness.  
 
This table measures 78 ¾ “ long x 21 deep x 16 high.
 
This is a beautifully done mid-century coffee table that will make a statement in any room.
