Large Mid-Century Painting, Impressionist City Street Scene Signed Montez

This vintage mid-century art piece was probably produced in the 1960s. These large paintings were a favorite of the 1950s and 1960s as they were affordable and looked good behind the family sofa.
 
This one is an impressionist painting of a busy and vibrant city. People are moving about and of course the street reflects the cityscape in the rain. In the bottom left corner it is signed “Montez” in orange. It is framed in a dark wooden frame. It hangs with two loops in back.
 
This is a large piece, measuring 66 inches by 26 ½. 
 
It is in excellent vintage condition.  I find no holes, tears or loss of paint.  I have lightly cleaned it.
 
This is a great looking mid-century art piece with an impressionist city theme, common in mid-century works. This one puts a pop of color in your mid-century office or living room.
