Mid-century Vintage Sofa in Seafoam Green Velvet

A vintage, mid-century sofa in seafoam green velvet, offered by Snowdrift Antiques.
 
This vintage sofa with its seafoam green velvet, teak legs and beautiful curves is a mid-century classic.  It is marked underneath, but with its ink stamp on wood and stylized writing, I have been unable to determine its maker. It looks almost identical to sofas made in the 1960 by the Swedish maker, DUX.  The mark is not DUX, but I am confident it was made in the Scandinavia region, probably Sweden, almost certainly in the 1960s.
 
This sofa commands attention in any room. The seat is slightly tilted back for a very comfortable sitting posture.    The large, round teak legs underneath give it that mid-century style.  The curves and flow of the seat cushions slightly tucked under the arms are design perfection.
 
This is a large sofa with 4 seat and back cushions.  It measures 94 inches long by 30 deep and 28 high in back. The front of the seat cushion is 19 inches in height.
 
This sofa has not been re-covered and is in amazing condition. I don’t know if it was covered in plastic or just off limits to everyone, but it is spotless. There is no noticeable wear to the cushion fabric, which also have good foam condition. There are arm covers that are not pictured. It has been lightly brushed with a velvet brush and cleaned so it smells fresh.
